Ring die

Ring-die is divided into two kinds according to the raw material type: one is Stainless Steel Ring-die [X46Cr13 / INOX (4Cr13)], the other is Alloy-Steel Ring-die [20CrNiMo (SAE-8620) or 20CrMnTi (20MnCr5)]; 

CNC Vertical Lathe

CNC Ring-Die Heavy Vertical Lathe (CK5112ATC / CK5116ATC & CK5112ATC+C / CK5116ATC+C) -- The most ideal, unique lathe for ring die machining ( Rough turning / Semi-turning / Finish Turning ). It can do the finish turning on the material with the hardness to HRC65 (Precision Grade ±0.05mm) and the roughness to Ra1.1. The grinding lathe is unnecessary during ring-die process.

Ring Die Wrapping Machine

Manually hoist the workpiece to the position of the front idler rollers ￫ Adjust the front and rear guard rollers ￫ Use the button to adjust the panel lifting until the rotating ring can pass through the center of the ring die ￫ Pull out the film head and attach it to the surface of the ring die ￫ Press the start button to begin wrapping ￫ Press the stop button after it is completed ￫ Manually hoist the ring die away and place the next one ￫ Repeat the cycle.

Hammer Beater

Our hammer beaters are made of high-strength alloy steel substrate, available in two wear-resistant processes: particle tungsten carbide overlay welding and ultra-fine powder tungsten carbide HVOF spraying. They perfectly balance impact toughness and superhard wear resistance, widely applied for grinding feed, straw, wood chips, grains and minerals. Service life is far longer than ordinary manganese steel hammer beaters, effectively cutting downtime and replacement costs.
