As per the fixing mode, it is divided into ring die with clamp fixture and ring die with bolts fixtures.

Stainless Steel Ring-die: Material Type: X46Cr13 / INOX (4Cr13); Hardness: HRC55-58 (For wood pellet mill); HRC52-55 (For feed pellet mill); Heat treatment by Vacuum Furnace;

Alloy-Steel Ring-die: Material Type: 20CrNiMo (SAE-8620) or 20CrMnTi (20MnCr5); Hardness: HRC60-62 (For wood pellet mill); HRC58-60 (For feed pellet mill); Heat treatment by pit-type cementation furnace (Cementation Depth: 1.0-1.5mm: 12-14 hours, Cementation Depth: 1.8-2.0mm: 24 hours).
