Hammer Beater

Our hammer beaters are made of high-strength alloy steel substrate, available in two wear-resistant processes: particle tungsten carbide overlay welding and ultra-fine powder tungsten carbide HVOF spraying. They perfectly balance impact toughness and superhard wear resistance, widely applied for grinding feed, straw, wood chips, grains and minerals. Service life is far longer than ordinary manganese steel hammer beaters, effectively cutting downtime and replacement costs.

Gear

This series of gears is custom-developed for feed processing machinery (including feed pellet mills, crushers, mixers). Adopting high-quality alloy steel raw materials, it undergoes precision forging, heat treatment and fine grinding processes, featuring high wear resistance, high torque bearing capacity and low noise operation. The gear tooth profile is optimized for the working characteristics of feed machinery, ensuring stable transmission, long service life and perfect compatibility with mainstream feed machinery models, which can effectively improve the operational efficiency of the whole feed production line.

Crushing roll

As essential parts of feed production lines, crushing rolls use counter-rotating, tooth-textured steel rollers to crush grains and raw materials into fine, uniform particles. This process enhances feed digestibility and supports efficient downstream processing. Built with wear-resistant materials, they deliver reliable performance for continuous feed manufacturing.

Roller cover

The roller cover for feed machinery is a core sealing and pressure-bearing component in feed pelletizing equipment, mainly used for sealing the ports of key parts such as the conditioner and ring die cavity of pellet mills. Typically precision-machined from carbon steel or alloy steel, it features high strength and wear resistance, capable of withstanding high temperatures, high pressures, and the scouring and corrosion of feed materials during equipment operation.

Pinion shaft

Pinion shaft is the key transmission part on the reducer and shaft transmission system of ring die or flat die pellet mill.

Butterfly Valve

The butterfly valve is an essential accessory for pellet mills. It is installed on the air duct and feeding pipeline to accurately control airflow and material flow. Featuring flexible operation, good sealing performance and dust resistance, it adapts perfectly to the dusty working environment of pellet production, ensuring stable running of the whole machine.

Rotary Paddle Level Switch

The rotary paddle level switch is a key sensing component for pellet mills and extruders. It is installed on silos, hoppers or material pipelines to detect the presence or absence of bulk solids, preventing overfilling or empty running. With high dust resistance and reliable operation, it ensures stable material feeding and safe production in the feed and biomass processing industry.

Reinforcing ring

This reinforcing ring is a critical component for ring die pellet mills. It is designed to strengthen the structural integrity of the ring die, effectively preventing deformation and cracking under high-pressure pelletizing conditions. Made from high-strength alloy steel, it ensures extended service life and stable operation of the die, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
