■ The beam and base adopt the excellent resin bonded sand cast iron、thick rib plate and multi-layer body structure after normalization to ensure the equipment’s high rigidity and stability;
■ The stand column and beam adopt wide MBI guideway with perfect loading capacity and shockproof function;
■ The beam adopts steel guideway and rolling & sliding composite structure with small friction resistance and long service life;
■ Ram adopts the perfect alloy-steel forgings with high density、high strength and abrasion resistance;
■ Great gear with precision grinding function together with ZF gearbox from Germany ensure the lathe output with big torque and high speed, 16 step mechanic gear shift or AC Variable frequency combined 4 step gear shift for the master drive’s option.

Excellent Composite Function

■ The second main shaft in BT50 Structure can directly install the standard BT50 drilling bits, milling bits and grinding wheel for the corresponding machining process;

■ The workbench with high precision indexing plate along CF axis and the self-centering hydraulic brake unit ensure this machine to run the composite function well.
