Equipment’s Features & Function:
When the flat- die is drilled, you only input the following technical parameters such as inner diameter / outer diameter of flat-die, holes’ diameter and holes’ interval and holes’ depth, this drilling machine can fulfill your instruction automatically. The drilled holes are evenly distributed in triangle patterns with high fractional holes area. The even and uniform fractional holes area on the flat-die ensures the uniform strength anywhere. If there is special requirement on the holes’ distribution, this drilling machine can finish drilling after the holes’ distribution solution done by the computer is input into the electric control system. This drilling machine can finish two instructions: drilling and countersinking at the same time with the same folder.
