l The mold is laid flat, directly feeding, the material adapts to a wide range, and the heat dissipation is strong.
l The mold is double-layered, which saves the economy, reduces the cost and has the highest cost performance.
l The gearbox adopts parallel shaft helical gear mesh, which has good meshing performance, stable transmission, small vibration, small noise, large gear coincidence, reduces the load of each pair of gears, and improves the bearing capacity of the gears.
l The unique separation design of the main shaft ensures the concentricity of the equipment and reduces the failure rate of the equipment.
l No need to stop the machine, the whole machine realizes 24-hour automatic intermittent lubrication, and prolongs the service life of vulnerable parts of the equipment.

(5) The most appropriate raw material is pine / fir /tung / willow /Poplar and rice husk / peanut shell / sunflower husk and straw. If the raw material is hard wood like eucalyptus / oak / rosewood , birch or sandalwood, you should choose HPM560 or above model.
