Ring-die Wrapping Machine

I. Overview and Application

The Ring Wrapping Machine is a specialized packaging equipment designed and manufactured for ring-shaped products. It can wrap and package ring-shaped objects such as steel strips, copper strips, tires, iron wires, steel wires, and slewing bearings. Packaging materials include woven straps, carbon paper, or wrapping film, providing rustproof, corrosion-resistant, and dustproof protection.

II. Working Principle

Manually hoist the workpiece to the position of the front drums ￫ Adjust the front and rear guard rollers ￫ Use the button to adjust the panel lifting until the rotating ring can pass through the center of the ring die ￫ Pull out the film head and attach it to the surface of the ring die ￫ Press the start button to begin wrapping ￫ Press the stop button after it is completed ￫ Manually hoist the ring die away and place the next one ￫ Repeat the cycle.

III. Performance

1. Ring-type eccentric wheel structure with adjustable driving force, solving the problem of frequent replacement of worn rotating wheel parts.

2. Heavy-duty rubber-coated drum mechanism with VFC for soft start and stop, ensuring stable rotation.

3. Detection switch positions the rotating ring opening.

4. All moving parts are equipped with protective covers to ensure absolute safety during operation.

5. The control system adopts 24V safety voltage, with an external touch screen interface for direct parameter modification.

6. Equipped with leakage protector and overload circuit breaker to effectively prevent leakage and overload.
