【Mechanic Brief Description】
In order to reduce the labour intensity of the roller-assembly’s assembling and dis-assembling process, Roller-assembly Handler: CWT-06 is specially designed and developed with simple structure, reliable performance, easy to use.It is the unique equipment presently in China which is widely used in the pellet mill factory and the feed plant or biomass pellet factory.
【Structure and working principle】
The machine is mainly composed of frame, lifting section, turnover mechanism, lifting cylinder 1, master cylinder 2 (big cylinder), turning cylinder 3 and hydraulic system.
Roller-shell lifting and lowering: The roller-shell (or Roller-assembly components) placed on the lifting arm carrier plate are rotated by the lifting cylinder 1 driving the lifting arm then are lifted to the workbench for the installation or lowered to the ground.
Pressing operation: When the bearings (or eccentric shaft) is made the pressing operation, the roller-shell is pushed underneath the master cylinder 2 (big cylinder) directly by hand then the main cylinder is pressed down to complete the assembling operation.
Roller-shell turning over:When the roller-shell needs to be turned over to the other side for the installation, the roller-shell should be placed under the master cylinder 2, the turning cylinder 3 goes on to push the turnover mechanism forward until the turnover fork on the turnover mechanism moves under the main cylinder and the turnover mechanism is held back, at this time, the turnover fork (with the roller-shell) is pushed and rotated clockwise by 90 ° around the turnover mechanism by the turning cylinder 3 (at this time, the axis of the roller is in the horizontal position), After the turnover fork is rotated by 180° by hand (when rotating in place, there are spring steel beads automatically positioning), the turnover fork is lowered to put the roller-shell onto the workbench and the turnover mechanism is withdrawn, This way the operation of turning over the roller-shell is completed.
