[Mechanic Brief Description]
In order to save the production cost and go on using the used ring die, the feed plant has been looking for an integrated machine with both countersinking function and grinding the internal surface of the ring die to repair the used ring die and prolong its service life. With this goal, our CNC Integrated Machine came into being. It is the only equipment presently in China which specially aimed at the maintenance process of ring dies on one machine.
Equipment’s Features & Function:
With Countersinking、Grinding the internal diameter of ring dies and hole cleaning function
Fast machining speed, fully-automatic processing
Simple Operation, no professional training required
One person can operate several machines
Ring die size self adapt to process, no need measuring
All the exposed lead screws and guide rails are protected with cover to extend the machine service life.
The chamfer is even and beautiful with uniform depth.
It effectively makes up for the deficiencies countersinking by hand with different depth and low efficiency
Range of application: This machine is specially used for maintenance on all kinds of ring dies in the feed plant or biomass pellet factory.
