[Mechanic Brief Description]
For a new ring die, considering the roughness of holes after the normal heat treatment (except for the vacuum furnace: 0.8Ra) is around 1.50 Microns RA, the ring die suppliers need a machine to reduce the roughness to 0.8 Microns so that they can deliver a brand-new ring die with the finishing surface of holes like mirror to their customers then the pellet mill can make the pellets directly; This machine is just our CNC Feeding material machine CWT-08, it can polish those holes from all kinds of ring dies which are equipped on the feed pellet mill、wood pellet mill and other biomass pellet mill to ensure the small hole (<φ6mm) with the roughness 0.3-0.6Ra and the big hole (≥φ6mm) with the roughness 0.8-1Ra.
Equipment’s Features & Function:
Full-automatic ring-die running-in machine (CWT-08) including all necessary conveyors, auger and attached equipment. 4 roller sets (4x4 rollers) according to attached drawings as basic parts of the machine [ 94°(4°) / 100°(10°) / 102°(12°) / 90°(0°=straight) ];
With cleaning and rust prevention function for new ring dies;
With the automatic protective cover: When the protective cover opens, the machine stops running. When the protective cover closes, the machine starts working;
With the mixer to blend the feeding material. The feeding material can be used circularly;
Fast machining speed, fully automatic processing;
Simple operation, no professional training required;
Ring die outer diameter range: 420-1500mm;
Max ring die height: 600mm, thickness: 100mm, weight: 2000kg;
