For a new ring die, Considering the roughness of holes after the normal heat treatment (except for the vacuum furnace:0.8 Ra or so) is around 1.50 Microns RA, the ring die suppliers need a machine to reduce the roughness to 0.8 Microns so that they can deliver a brand-new ring die with the finishing surface of holes like mirror to their customers ; This machine is just our CNC Feeding material machine CR1200, it can remove oxide and polish those holes from all kinds of ring dies which are equipped on the feed pellet mill、wood pellet mill and other biomass pellet mill like straw、bamboo、sugarcane pellet mill.
