Function and Features:
The equipment adapts several cyclones to operate in parallel. So the separation efficiency is raised. Particularly it is suitable for the places where are plenty of raw materials to be treated and has high requirement to separating efficiency. Its separation efficiency will be over 95%. The working procedure is described as follows: The hot air flow is formed through high pressure of fan blower, the wet material of 250kg/qm and <50% humidity enter into the pipe through the screw feeder then the hot air mix together with wet materials in the pipes.So the moisture is seperated from the wet materials when passing the cyclone. Finally those wet materials are dried.
