Our FPM Series Flat-die Pellet mill are updated from the traditional animals’ feedstuff machine, we improved & optimized some main parts including their material such as roller, die & matrix thus it greatly prolongs the machine’s life; We also modified the whole matrix to improve performance of the machines. Now our flat-die Pellet Mill can not only process the feedstuff for animals like fish / chicken/pig etc, but also turn the combustible biomass waste such as wood chips /straw/ bamboo shavings/peanut shells into biomass pellets. These biomass pellets can be burned as green fuel in pellet stove or boiler.For those clients who only want small quantity of pellets for home use, our FPM Series Flat-die Pellet Mill are their first choice.     

Our FPM Series Flat-die Pellet mill has the following features:

l         Transmission gears are made of high quality alloy-steel, The surface adopts carburizing and quenching treatment, precision machining by grinding thus these gears have such merits as  smooth transmission, low noise, large carrying capacity, low temperature rise, long life etc.

l         Main Shaft with a heavy thrust bearing, supporting axial force, prolonging its life.

l         Pellet mill uses large diameter roller: big yield, high pelletizing rate & uniform high strength pellets.

l         Roller and flat die wear peace deal, both sides can use the flat die, long service life.

l         All bearings are sealed structure that effectively prevent dust, improve the working bearings environment and extend bearing’s life.

l         Pellets’ diameter is from 6-12mm for user’s option.
